We are seeking a strategic and accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager to join a leading financial services organization dedicated to operational excellence, employee development, and organizational growth. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing key Human Resources functions while partnering with executive leadership to develop workforce strategies that strengthen organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and support long-term business objectives.

As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will provide leadership across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, and Compliance. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Operations, and Business Unit Leaders, you will implement scalable HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, organizational development, and employee relations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement Human Resources strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations initiatives.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies that support business growth, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance to senior leaders on employee performance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Lead annual performance review cycles, talent assessments, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to support salary planning, incentive programs, and competitive total rewards strategies.
  • Analyze workforce metrics, turnover trends, employee engagement data, and HR analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives supporting business transformation, restructuring, and operational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to implement leadership training and employee development initiatives.
  • Oversee HRIS optimization, process improvements, and Human Resources operational efficiency projects.
  • Develop departmental budgets and manage Human Resources operational expenditures.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations related to workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 4 years in a management role.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and HR compliance.
  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, compensation strategy, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce Now, or UKG.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing organizational change and enterprise HR initiatives.

The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner responsible for aligning workforce strategy with organizational objectives while strengthening leadership capability, employee engagement, talent development, and operational effectiveness. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $210,000 – $295,000 annually, based on leadership experience, strategic HR expertise, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications.
