About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified demand, engage target audiences, and support sustainable business growth. This role will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee campaign planning, content strategy, digital initiatives, market research, performance analytics, and marketing operations. This position will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Communications, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing programs are aligned with organizational priorities and customer needs.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong analytical capabilities. Success in this role requires excellent communication, campaign management expertise, audience insight, creativity, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and performance targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer trends and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Oversee content development including website copy, email campaigns, thought leadership, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing programs focused on audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that communicate marketing performance to leadership.
  • Manage external agencies, creative partners, vendors, and marketing technology providers.
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
  • Lead marketing projects from strategic planning through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, technology, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources based on business priorities and performance.
  • Mentor marketing professionals and promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or advanced marketing qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including strategic campaign leadership.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics, attribution, and ROI analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $190,000 – $285,000 annually, based on marketing leadership experience, industry expertise, strategic capabilities, campaign performance, and overall qualifications.
