About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, digital workflow, and data intelligence organization serving enterprise and mid-market customers across multiple industries. The company provides business-critical technology solutions that help organizations modernize operations, automate workflows, improve decision-making, strengthen customer engagement, and scale digital transformation across complex teams and systems.

This is not a product environment where product managers simply gather requests, maintain backlogs, or coordinate feature delivery. Product Management is a strategic business function that shapes how the company identifies customer problems, prioritizes market opportunities, builds differentiated solutions, improves product adoption, and creates measurable commercial value.

The company operates across a sophisticated product ecosystem that includes cloud-based applications, workflow automation, analytics, integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, customer-facing portals, enterprise APIs, reporting tools, and internal platform services. Product decisions affect thousands of users, large enterprise customers, revenue teams, implementation groups, support operations, and long-term product strategy.

The Senior Product Manager will own important product areas and lead cross-functional execution from discovery through launch and lifecycle improvement. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Support, Implementation, Finance, Legal, Security, and Executive Leadership to define product priorities and deliver solutions that solve meaningful customer and business problems.

The organization is investing in stronger product discovery practices, AI-enabled product capabilities, platform modernization, customer usage analytics, improved roadmap discipline, better enterprise integrations, and scalable product operating routines. The Senior Product Manager will help translate these priorities into clear product strategies, well-defined requirements, customer-informed decisions, and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on. This person should understand enterprise customer needs, technical tradeoffs, market dynamics, product analytics, user experience, stakeholder management, and commercial impact. The selected candidate will be expected to bring clarity to complex product decisions and help teams focus on the highest-value opportunities.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a product leader who enjoys building modern technology products, working deeply with customers and technical teams, and turning product strategy into outcomes that improve customer value, adoption, retention, and business growth.
