Senior Program Manager

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a complex business environment where disciplined program execution, executive alignment, operational visibility, stakeholder coordination, and measurable delivery directly influence long-term company performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, engineering groups, business operations, revenue teams, finance partners, customer success leaders, data teams, and executive stakeholders who rely on strong program management to move strategic initiatives from planning into execution.

As companies grow, program management becomes one of the most important functions connecting strategy, execution, accountability, and business impact. Large initiatives often involve multiple teams, competing priorities, technical dependencies, budget considerations, customer commitments, operational risks, and leadership expectations. The Senior Program Manager role is central to creating structure, managing complexity, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring high-priority programs deliver meaningful results.

Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled productivity, cloud platforms, digital transformation, operational automation, enterprise systems modernization, product delivery, data intelligence, customer experience improvement, reporting visibility, and scalable execution practices. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Manager who can lead complex cross-functional programs, manage executive-level priorities, improve delivery discipline, and help the organization execute with clarity and confidence.

This is not a traditional project coordination role focused only on timelines, task lists, or meeting notes. The Senior Program Manager will serve as a strategic delivery leader responsible for managing large programs across business and technology teams, building operating cadences, creating executive visibility, identifying risks early, aligning owners, improving communication, and ensuring initiatives are delivered with measurable business value.

The selected candidate will work closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Security, HR, Legal, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure program goals are clearly defined, workstreams are coordinated, dependencies are managed, and outcomes are achieved.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced program leader who wants to support enterprise transformation, influence high-priority initiatives, work across strategic and technical teams, and contribute to a remote-first organization where program management is valued as a core driver of execution quality and business growth.

Your Role at the Company

As Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex programs across business operations, technology delivery, product initiatives, customer experience, data projects, workflow modernization, and enterprise transformation.

You will be responsible for creating program plans, managing workstreams, aligning stakeholders, tracking risks, communicating progress, coordinating dependencies, supporting decisions, and ensuring programs stay connected to business outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted program partner to leadership while maintaining accountability for delivery visibility, stakeholder alignment, documentation quality, risk management, execution discipline, and measurable program impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management experience, executive communication, business judgment, operational discipline, technical awareness, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to manage ambiguity in fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead complex cross-functional programs from intake and planning through execution, delivery, adoption, measurement, and post-program review.

Develop program charters, roadmaps, milestones, workstream plans, dependency maps, risk registers, communication plans, executive updates, and success metrics.

Coordinate multiple workstreams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, Data Analytics, Security, HR, Legal, Procurement, and vendor teams.

Facilitate executive steering meetings, program reviews, working sessions, stakeholder updates, risk reviews, planning workshops, and decision-making forums.

Track program progress against goals, identify risks and blockers, manage dependencies, escalate issues, and help teams stay aligned on priorities.

Prepare executive-ready status updates, dashboards, narrative summaries, risk reports, decision logs, meeting notes, and program performance reviews.

Partner with technical teams to support platform initiatives, system implementations, product delivery, infrastructure programs, integrations, automation, and data transformation efforts.

Partner with business teams to ensure programs are practical, adopted, measurable, and aligned with operational needs and customer expectations.

Support change management by preparing rollout plans, stakeholder communications, training materials, adoption tracking, feedback loops, and transition plans.

Manage vendor-related program activity, including timelines, deliverables, issue tracking, documentation, meeting cadence, commercial dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.

Identify program risks related to unclear scope, shifting priorities, resource constraints, budget concerns, technical dependencies, customer impact, security requirements, and adoption challenges.

Improve program management standards by building templates, operating cadences, reporting routines, governance processes, and execution playbooks.

Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned, measure outcomes, document improvements, and strengthen future delivery practices.
