Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise revenue management strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
- Lead pricing optimization, inventory management, and demand forecasting initiatives across multiple business units or properties.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer behavior, and economic conditions to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Distribution teams to align commercial strategies and revenue objectives.
- Establish revenue forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial performance plans.
- Monitor key revenue performance indicators, occupancy trends, ADR, RevPAR, yield performance, and profitability metrics.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities through pricing optimization, segmentation strategies, and channel performance analysis.
- Lead revenue review meetings and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Develop advanced financial models and reporting dashboards to support forecasting and executive decision-making.
- Optimize distribution channel performance while managing inventory allocation and pricing consistency.
- Support new business initiatives, market expansion opportunities, and commercial transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with corporate revenue policies, financial governance, and operational standards.
- Mentor and develop revenue management professionals while fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Finance to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Financial Planning, or Pricing Analytics.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, airlines, resorts, or other revenue-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in revenue optimization, pricing strategy, forecasting, inventory management, and financial analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with revenue management systems, forecasting software, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of commercial planning, distribution strategies, and market performance analysis.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing analytical teams.

Compensation & Benefits
