Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive research experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
• Demonstrated expertise leading scientific research programs and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong background in experimental design, scientific methodology, data analysis, and technical problem-solving.
• Experience contributing to publications, patents, regulatory submissions, or product development programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality systems, and scientific compliance requirements.
• Experience working within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical device, or advanced research environments.

Compensation & Benefits
