Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance system software supporting enterprise infrastructure and distributed computing environments.
- Architect scalable backend services, system components, and infrastructure platforms that support mission-critical applications.
- Develop software solutions that improve system reliability, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering and Platform teams to support cloud-native infrastructure and distributed architectures.

- Develop secure APIs, system integrations, and backend services supporting enterprise applications.

- Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline required.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, systems engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure development.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Java, Go, Rust, Python, or comparable system programming languages.
- Extensive experience developing Linux-based systems, distributed platforms, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, multithreading, concurrency, and systems programming.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Compensation Package
Base Salary: $292,000 – $368,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on systems engineering expertise, software architecture experience, cloud technologies, geographic location, technical leadership, and overall qualifications.
