About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and technically driven Software Development Engineer to join a high-performing engineering organization focused on building scalable, secure, reliable, and innovative software solutions. This role will contribute across the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, optimization, and production support.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Security, and other technology professionals to develop solutions that address complex business and customer requirements. You will contribute to system architecture, application development, automated testing, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications.

• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop APIs, services, applications, and reusable software components.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing web applications, backend services, APIs, or distributed software systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and database development.
• Familiarity with Git and modern source control practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $175,000 – $260,000 annually, based on software development experience, technical expertise, programming capabilities, cloud knowledge, industry background, and overall qualifications.
