About the Opportunity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and code review processes.
• Develop APIs, backend services, frontend applications, and system integrations as required.
• Troubleshoot software defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Contribute to cloud-native application development and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and development guidelines.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative software solutions.
• Support application monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or similar.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $180,000 – $275,000 annually, based on software engineering experience, programming expertise, technical specialization, industry background, and overall qualifications.
