Troubleshoot defects, production issues, performance problems, integration failures, data inconsistencies, and customer-impacting incidents.
Partner with QA and Automation teams to improve test coverage, regression quality, defect prevention, and release confidence.
Partner with DevOps and Platform teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment validation, monitoring, logging, alerting, and production readiness.
Support secure development practices by addressing vulnerabilities, following access control standards, protecting sensitive data, and applying security guidelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design notes, implementation guides, API references, troubleshooting notes, and operational runbooks.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying technical debt, workflow gaps, automation opportunities, architecture improvements, and better engineering standards.
4+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, full stack development, backend engineering, frontend engineering, platform engineering, or product engineering.
Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, fintech, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, ecommerce, digital products, or large-scale technology environments preferred.
Strong programming experience using languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, C#, React, Node.js, Angular, Vue, Spring Boot, .NET, Django, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
Experience developing web applications, APIs, backend services, microservices, integrations, internal tools, customer-facing features, or enterprise software platforms.
Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, application architecture, APIs, databases, testing, debugging, version control, and secure coding practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including application hosting, managed services, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and deployment environments.
Experience with databases and data platforms such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar technologies preferred.
Experience with engineering tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms preferred.
