Admiral Talent > Jobs > Technical Delivery > Software Engineering Manager

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a product-led environment where software quality, engineering velocity, technical architecture, team leadership, platform reliability, and customer-focused delivery directly influence business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, engineering groups, data teams, security partners, infrastructure teams, customer success teams, and executive stakeholders who depend on scalable software systems to deliver measurable value.

As companies continue to build AI-enabled products, cloud-native platforms, digital workflows, and enterprise software solutions, software engineering leadership has become one of the most important drivers of innovation and operational maturity. Organizations need engineering managers who can do more than assign tickets or oversee sprint ceremonies. They need leaders who can coach engineers, guide technical execution, improve delivery discipline, strengthen code quality, remove blockers, partner with product teams, support architecture decisions, and create an environment where engineers can do their best work.

Our company is investing heavily in cloud platforms, AI-enabled product development, scalable web applications, API services, platform modernization, engineering productivity, DevOps maturity, quality automation, observability, data-driven product experiences, and secure software delivery. We are seeking a highly capable Software Engineering Manager who can lead engineering teams responsible for building reliable, scalable, secure, and customer-centered software products.

This is not a traditional management role focused only on status reporting or resource tracking. The Software Engineering Manager will serve as a hands-on technical leader and people manager responsible for guiding engineers, improving delivery processes, supporting technical decisions, aligning engineering work with product priorities, and helping the organization build software that performs at enterprise scale.

The selected candidate will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Security, UX Design, Customer Success, IT, Operations, and executive leadership to ensure engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions that support customer needs and business goals.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who wants to manage high-performing software teams, shape technical execution, improve engineering culture, and contribute to a remote-first organization where software engineering is treated as a strategic driver of growth, customer trust, and innovation.
