• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company growth priorities, product capabilities, customer needs, and market expansion goals.
• Build and manage relationships with technology partners, cloud providers, channel partners, system integrators, consulting firms, implementation partners, data providers, and industry ecosystem partners.
• Support partnership strategy across co-selling, referral programs, channel growth, marketplace partnerships, joint solutions, partner marketing, and enterprise alliance development.
• Develop partner business plans that define shared goals, target accounts, value propositions, revenue opportunities, engagement models, enablement needs, and success metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to support joint account planning, partner-sourced pipeline, co-selling motions, account introductions, and strategic deal support.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate integration opportunities, joint solution development, technical alignment, roadmap fit, and customer value creation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support partner campaigns, webinars, events, case studies, thought leadership, marketplace listings, and co-branded go-to-market programs.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to support partnership agreements, commercial terms, revenue-sharing models, compliance requirements, pricing considerations, and risk review.
• Monitor partner performance, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence, customer adoption, engagement activity, joint marketing results, enablement progress, and strategic value.
• Prepare partnership updates, executive summaries, opportunity assessments, business cases, partner scorecards, and governance materials.
• Represent the company in partner meetings, executive briefings, industry events, business reviews, and market development discussions.
• Build repeatable partnership processes, including partner qualification, onboarding, enablement, relationship management, performance tracking, and escalation routines.
• Identify partnership risks, misalignment, execution gaps, commercial blockers, and operational issues, then recommend practical improvements.
• Support senior leadership with market intelligence, ecosystem trends, competitive partnership activity, and recommendations for new strategic alliance opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Economics, Strategy, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, channel development, enterprise sales, partner management, ecosystem strategy, or commercial growth.
• Experience within enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, AI-enabled software, cybersecurity, fintech, data analytics, digital platforms, consulting, or B2B technology environments preferred.
• Proven success developing partnerships that support pipeline growth, revenue expansion, product adoption, customer value, or market access.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-selling motions, referral models, channel strategy, marketplace partnerships, partner enablement, and alliance governance.
• Experience working with technology partners, cloud providers, system integrators, consulting firms, enterprise platforms, or implementation partners.
• Ability to develop partner business cases, opportunity assessments, joint value propositions, account plans, performance reports, and executive presentations.

Compensation Package: $230K – $300K
