We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Software Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support software solutions that improve supply chain performance and business operations. This role is responsible for building highly scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, optimizing logistics workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
The Supply Chain Software Engineer works closely with Product Management, Operations, Data Engineering, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Business Stakeholders to develop modern software platforms that power mission-critical supply chain processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise supply chain software applications.
- Build scalable services supporting inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Supply Chain teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures supporting enterprise integrations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume operational environments.
- Integrate ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and third-party logistics platforms.
- Participate in software architecture, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support cloud-native application development and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Document software architecture, technical specifications, and development standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies that improve supply chain efficiency and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, quality, and software development standards.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience developing supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, manufacturing, or enterprise business applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, messaging platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, software architecture, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $324,000 – $388,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on software engineering experience, supply chain technology expertise, cloud platform knowledge, programming proficiency, geographic location, education, certifications, and overall qualifications.
