We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving infrastructure reliability, and supporting enterprise technology environments. This individual will play a key role in maintaining business continuity while helping modernize our technology ecosystem for future growth.


Your Role at the Company

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. You will work closely with Infrastructure Engineers, Network Engineers, Security teams, Help Desk professionals, and business stakeholders to ensure technology services remain secure, available, and optimized.

You will administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, storage systems, cloud services, backup solutions, and endpoint management technologies while contributing to automation and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

This role offers excellent opportunities to work on enterprise technologies while developing expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization.


What You’ll Do

  • Administer Windows Server environments across enterprise infrastructure
  • Manage Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management services
  • Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune administration
  • Maintain virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
  • Monitor server performance, infrastructure health, and system availability
  • Perform server patching, upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management
  • Configure and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Support cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments
  • Troubleshoot server, storage, virtualization, and operating system issues
  • Assist with endpoint management, device compliance, and security policies
  • Implement automation using PowerShell or other scripting technologies
  • Support infrastructure documentation, asset management, and change control processes
  • Collaborate with Security teams to strengthen infrastructure resilience and compliance
  • Participate in infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives
  • Provide technical support for critical business applications and enterprise services

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–8 years of Systems Administration experience within enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting VMware, Hyper-V, or enterprise virtualization technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and storage technologies
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
  • Microsoft, VMware, Azure, or CompTIA certifications are highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000
