Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather functional and technical requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed system specifications, workflow documentation, and functional requirements.
• Evaluate existing enterprise systems and recommend technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Product teams throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Perform system analysis, process mapping, workflow optimization, and business impact assessments.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation activities.
• Identify system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution with technical teams.
• Support enterprise application integrations, API implementations, and data migration initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and system performance analyses to support business decision-making.
• Maintain technical documentation, business requirements, operating procedures, and system configuration records.
• Ensure enterprise systems comply with organizational security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in change management, release planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer for new system implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that optimize system performance, automation, and business productivity.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar technology-focused role.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, systems integration, and enterprise application support.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or enterprise business systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, APIs, and systems integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience using project collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and business process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise applications is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
