We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a product-led environment where software quality, release confidence, product reliability, test coverage, customer experience, automation maturity, and operational stability directly influence business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, software engineering groups, automation teams, DevOps partners, data teams, security stakeholders, customer success teams, and executive leaders who depend on dependable products and high-quality digital services.
As organizations build cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled products, enterprise SaaS applications, data-driven services, and customer-facing technology, test engineering has become one of the most important foundations for product trust and scalable delivery. Companies need testing professionals who can do more than execute test cases or report defects. They need engineers who can understand product behavior, design strong test strategies, validate complex workflows, improve automation coverage, identify risk early, support release readiness, and help engineering teams deliver reliable software with confidence.
Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled quality engineering, automated testing, cloud platform validation, API testing, regression coverage, performance testing, CI/CD quality gates, product reliability, security-aware testing, data validation, test environment stability, and scalable software delivery practices. We are seeking a highly capable Test Engineer who can support manual and automated testing efforts while strengthening product quality across the organization.
This is not a traditional testing role focused only on checking completed work at the end of the development cycle. The Test Engineer will serve as a hands-on quality partner responsible for validating functionality, improving test coverage, identifying defects, supporting automation, analyzing product risk, documenting results, and helping software teams build quality into the development process from the beginning.
The selected candidate will work closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, QA, Automation Engineering, DevOps, UX Design, Data Engineering, Security, Customer Support, Business Operations, and leadership teams to ensure product releases are reliable, secure, usable, well-documented, and aligned with customer expectations.
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented test engineering professional who wants to work with modern software products, improve product quality, support enterprise-scale releases, and contribute to a remote-first organization where quality is treated as a strategic driver of customer trust and business growth.
As Test Engineer, you will design, execute, document, and improve testing activities across web applications, APIs, backend services, mobile experiences, data workflows, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
You will be responsible for validating product functionality, identifying defects, improving regression coverage, supporting automation, preparing test plans, documenting test results, and helping engineering teams release high-quality software.
You will serve as a trusted quality partner while maintaining accountability for test accuracy, defect clarity, release readiness, documentation quality, risk identification, and continuous quality improvement.
The ideal candidate combines strong testing fundamentals, technical curiosity, product understanding, analytical thinking, communication skill, automation awareness, and practical judgment to support reliable software delivery.
Design, write, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, test scenarios, regression suites, acceptance criteria, and validation checklists for software products and platforms.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, user acceptance, smoke, exploratory, system, compatibility, and end-to-end testing across product features.
Validate web applications, backend services, APIs, data flows, user workflows, integrations, dashboards, administrative tools, and customer-facing product experiences.
Partner with Product Management and UX Design teams to understand requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business workflows, and expected customer outcomes.
Partner with Software Engineering teams to review technical designs, clarify expected behavior, identify test risks, reproduce defects, and support release readiness.
Document defects clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, logs, expected results, actual results, severity, impact, environment details, and supporting evidence.
Support automated testing efforts by creating, maintaining, reviewing, or improving automated test scripts where applicable.
Use testing and development tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
Validate APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman, Swagger, REST clients, automated API frameworks, logs, payload reviews, and response validation.
Support CI/CD quality gates by helping validate builds, deployments, regression results, release candidates, and production readiness checks.
Analyze test results, defect trends, recurring failures, release risks, customer issues, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with DevOps and Engineering teams to troubleshoot environment issues, test data problems, deployment defects, configuration errors, and pipeline failures.
Maintain clear testing documentation, release notes, test evidence, defect records, quality reports, process guides, and knowledge base materials.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending better test coverage, improved automation, stronger acceptance criteria, clearer workflows, and more reliable release practices.
4+ years of experience in software testing, test engineering, QA engineering, quality assurance, automation testing, product validation, or software quality operations.
Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, fintech, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, ecommerce, data platforms, or large-scale digital product environments preferred.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, regression testing, integration testing, defect management, release validation, and quality engineering practices.
Experience testing web applications, APIs, backend services, databases, integrations, dashboards, enterprise systems, mobile applications, or cloud-based platforms.
Experience with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, qTest, Postman, Swagger, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, BrowserStack, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar technologies preferred.
Ability to write clear test cases, execute structured testing, document defects, validate fixes, and communicate product risks effectively.
Familiarity with SQL, API testing, logs, browser developer tools, test data setup, environment validation, and basic scripting preferred.
