We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and quality engineering organization serving enterprise customers across complex and highly regulated business environments. The company delivers mission-critical digital products that support workflow automation, data intelligence, customer engagement, operational modernization, secure cloud services, and large-scale technology transformation.
This is an organization where quality assurance is not treated as a final checkpoint before release. Quality is viewed as a strategic enterprise capability that protects customer trust, product reliability, platform performance, security readiness, brand reputation, and long-term revenue growth. The company expects quality leadership to influence how products are designed, how engineering teams build, how releases are validated, how risks are identified, and how customer-impacting issues are prevented before they reach production.
The company is continuing to invest in quality engineering modernization, automated testing, AI-assisted testing, cloud platform reliability, release governance, performance testing, security validation, test data management, observability, defect prevention, scalable QA frameworks, and a stronger engineering partnership. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Vice President of Quality Assurance who can lead quality strategy at enterprise scale and build a modern quality operating model across products, platforms, systems, and engineering teams.
The Vice President of Quality Assurance will lead the company’s quality assurance and quality engineering strategy across software products, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, customer-facing systems, integrations, data products, AI-enabled features, and release programs. This executive will work closely with Product, Engineering, Technology, Security, DevOps, Architecture, Data, Customer Success, Support, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle.
This role requires a leader who understands both technical delivery and enterprise risk. The ideal candidate will know how to scale QA teams, mature automation, improve release confidence, reduce escaped defects, strengthen testing discipline, build measurable quality metrics, improve engineering collaboration, and guide large teams through complex product delivery environments.
The selected candidate will help shape how the company defines, measures, and improves quality across the enterprise. This includes building strong quality governance, improving test strategy, modernizing tooling, strengthening production readiness, supporting secure development, improving performance validation, and creating a quality culture where teams take ownership before issues become customer problems.
This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a quality leader who wants to improve product excellence, strengthen customer confidence, modernize testing practices, and help a large technology organization deliver secure, reliable, and scalable digital products.
