About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly creative and technically accomplished Video Editor to help shape how our brand, products, customers, and ideas are experienced through video.
Video is no longer a single-channel production function.
A product launch may require a polished hero film, multiple social-first edits, vertical creator-style content, paid-media variations, product demonstrations, executive storytelling, customer stories, event content, and dozens of platform-specific creative adaptations.
The Video Editor will help transform that complexity into work that feels intentional, distinctive, and unmistakably connected to the audience it was created for.
This position sits at the intersection of editing, storytelling, brand, advertising, social culture, design, motion, technology, and performance marketing.
You will collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Designers, Copywriters, Brand Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, Social, Communications, and external production partners to develop video content from initial concept through final delivery.
The work will range considerably in format and purpose.
One project may involve developing a sophisticated product or brand narrative from interviews, cinematic footage, motion graphics, and music. Another may involve transforming raw creator footage into a fast-moving vertical advertisement designed to earn attention within the first few seconds. Another may require building multiple creative variations from the same source material to understand which hook, structure, message, or call to action performs best.
We are therefore looking for an editor who understands that editing is not simply the technical act of assembling footage.
Every cut changes information.
Every pause changes emotion.
Every opening frame affects whether someone continues watching.
Every sound choice changes perception.
And every platform creates a different viewing environment.
The strongest candidate will combine sophisticated visual taste with the practical ability to produce high volumes of excellent creative work when required.
You should be comfortable moving between highly polished brand storytelling and intentionally native social content without assuming that one creative language should be applied to every channel.
You will also help explore how AI-assisted creative technologies can accelerate parts of the production process—including ideation, transcription, footage discovery, versioning, cleanup, localization, captioning, and creative experimentation—while maintaining the human judgment that makes storytelling effective.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can take a collection of footage, ideas, product information, sound, graphics, and business objectives and turn them into something people actually want to watch.

Why Join Us
Great video editing is often invisible.
The audience does not think about the hundreds of decisions behind the final piece.
They simply keep watching.
They understand the idea.
They feel something.
They remember the story.
And sometimes they take action.
That is the standard this role is built around.
You will not be limited to trimming footage against predetermined timestamps. You will be invited into the creative process early enough to influence story structure, visual direction, platform strategy, production decisions, and creative experimentation.
You will work across everything from highly polished brand storytelling to fast-moving social and performance creative, giving you the opportunity to develop a body of work with genuine range.
You will also have room to explore how new creative technologies can change post-production—without losing the human taste and judgment that technology cannot substitute.
Your work will connect:
Concept → Footage → Story → Edit → Emotion → Distribution → Audience Response
For an editor who sees every frame as a creative decision and wants their work to influence how a major organization is seen, understood, and remembered, this role offers the scope to do far more than simply assemble video.
