We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital workplace, AI-enabled enterprise platform, and business technology organization supporting customers, employees, product teams, corporate functions, and operational systems across the United States. The company operates in a complex technology environment where information technology is directly connected to business continuity, workforce productivity, system reliability, security maturity, customer trust, operational scalability, and long-term enterprise growth.
This is not a traditional IT leadership role focused only on infrastructure maintenance or internal support. Information Technology is a strategic enterprise function responsible for enabling how the organization works, scales, protects data, manages systems, supports a distributed workforce, and adopts new technology with discipline. The IT function supports internal business systems, enterprise applications, identity management, cloud services, endpoint programs, collaboration tools, IT operations, vendor platforms, data connectivity, and technology governance.
The company is continuing to invest in cloud-first infrastructure, enterprise SaaS optimization, cybersecurity alignment, identity and access management, service delivery modernization, ITSM maturity, automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, enterprise application governance, vendor consolidation, digital workplace experience, and stronger technology operations. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a VP of Information Technology who can bring strategic direction, operational maturity, executive communication, and scalable technology leadership to a highly visible role.
The VP of Information Technology will lead enterprise IT strategy and oversee IT operations, infrastructure services, enterprise applications, internal systems, digital workplace technology, service management, vendor governance, technology budgeting, and cross-functional technology execution.
