VP of Operations

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise organization operating in a complex business environment where operational excellence, customer delivery, workforce performance, financial discipline, process maturity, and strategic execution directly influence long-term growth. Our organization supports multiple business units, enterprise customers, distributed teams, digital platforms, service operations, internal business functions, strategic partners, and transformation initiatives that require strong executive leadership, scalable systems, and measurable performance management.

As companies grow, operations leadership becomes one of the most important drivers of organizational stability, execution quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, and enterprise scalability. The VP of Operations role is designed for a senior leader who can connect strategy with execution, improve operating discipline, strengthen cross-functional alignment, build high-performing teams, and ensure the business can scale without losing speed, quality, accountability, or customer focus.

Our company is investing heavily in operational transformation, AI-enabled workflows, business intelligence, digital systems, customer delivery improvement, process optimization, resource planning, vendor performance, workforce development, automation, and enterprise operating discipline. We are seeking a highly accomplished VP of Operations who can provide executive-level leadership while improving operational performance, service quality, productivity, cost visibility, and scalable business execution.

This is not a traditional operations role focused only on daily management, reporting updates, or routine process oversight. The VP of Operations will serve as a senior executive operations leader responsible for shaping how the company plans, executes, measures, improves, and scales work across key business functions. This leader will help transform operations into a stronger business capability that supports customer outcomes, revenue growth, financial discipline, and long-term organizational performance.

The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, HR, Legal, Procurement, Data Analytics, regional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure operational priorities are translated into clear plans, measurable outcomes, accountable ownership, and consistent follow-through.

This role requires a leader who understands how enterprise operations affect every part of the business. The ideal candidate will know how to build operating models, lead distributed teams, improve customer delivery, manage financial performance, develop leaders, remove execution barriers, strengthen reporting visibility, and drive transformation across a fast-moving remote-first organization.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact operations function while partnering directly with executive leadership to shape business strategy, operating performance, customer experience, workforce effectiveness, and long-term enterprise growth.

Your Role at the Company

As VP of Operations, you will oversee operational strategy, execution, performance management, process improvement, resource planning, cross-functional coordination, and business transformation across assigned functions, regions, service areas, or operating units.

You will be responsible for building scalable operating systems, improving execution discipline, leading operations teams, strengthening service delivery, improving productivity, supporting customer-facing performance, and ensuring business operations are aligned with enterprise goals.

You will serve as a trusted executive partner to senior leadership while maintaining accountability for operational excellence, customer delivery quality, financial stewardship, workforce performance, vendor coordination, process maturity, and scalable execution.

The ideal candidate combines executive presence, operational discipline, business judgment, people leadership, financial acumen, customer focus, analytical thinking, and strong execution capability to drive measurable enterprise results.
